Nicaragua Jinotega Cooperative Aldea Global Coffee – Strictly High Grown Rainforest

Aldea Global’s Specialty Coffee program began in 2002 when Aldea Global won first place in the Nicaraguan Cup of Excellence. This award is an indicator of the quality that more than 4,000 small producers currently produce, who live by artisanal way every day from the culture and tradition of coffee in the high mountains of Jinotega and Matagalpa.

The climatic conditions, the height, the diversity of shade and the hands of our people allow us to offer differentiated coffees to the market; characterized by being balanced, medium acidity, clean cup and good aroma; with citrus, floral and chocolate notes.
