El Diamante Red Honey coffee, sourced from the verdant highlands of Olomega in Jinotega, Nicaragua, is a unique expression of the region’s rich coffee heritage. Cultivated at altitudes between 1400 and 1600 meters, this exquisite blend features Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai varietals.
The coffee undergoes the distinctive red honey process, where beans are fermented with a significant amount of pulp, infusing them with extraordinary sweetness and a rich array of flavors. This method imparts notes of milk chocolate, strawberry, and subtle sage and spices, complemented by a mild lactic acidity and a velvety body.
